Ingredients for this recipe:
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 large chopped onion, chopped
- 3 medium sliced or chopped carrots
- 3 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 pound of lean ground turkey

- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups of low-sodium rice
- 6 cups of low-sodium turkey or chicken broth
